There are many ways that organisations large and small can support Copenhagen Pride without becoming a full Partner or Main Partner and we’ve gathered five of the most popular options on this page to give you some inspiration!

1: Get the Copenhagen Pride Wristband

The Official Support Wristband has become an icon of Copenhagen Pride! Woven in ethically produced fabric, the Wristband shows the year and the #withPride theme and costs 50kr.

You can stock them in your reception, canteen or other location. There is no financial outlay and you only pay for what you sell. Read more here!

You could even order one for each of your team as a small token of your support for the LGBTI+ community.

You can order your own Wristband in our webshop here or in July and August grab one in 7-Eleven nationwide, or Flying Tiger or Lagkagehuset stores in Copenhagen.

2: Forget the Friday Bar: host a PrideDay Bar!

The Friday Bar is a Danish institution we all know and love and around Copenhagen Pride many organisations hold a Pride-themed Friday Bar for their colleagues. Well … why not make it a PrideDay Bar instead?

3: Volunteer with Pride

Volunteering in a team with your colleagues can be a great experience and it’s a brilliant way to support Copenhagen Pride. You could run one of our bars together, be stewards for a section of the Parade, or help people at Pride Square or in the Debate Tent.

4: Buy official Copenhagen Pride merch

Looking for a gift or promotional item to give to your colleagues to mark Pride this year? Look no further than our webshop, and contact PrideUP for wholesale ideas and bespoke items.

5: Organise an event in your organisation

Pride doesn’t just happen at Pride Square: bring it in to your organisation by holding an event for your colleagues.

It could be a fun event like Drag Bingo or a Big Gay Quiz, or something more informative such as a guest speaker from Copenhagen Pride or another organisation. We have links to LGBTI+ activists across Denmark and abroad – and during Pride each August remember that we bring inspiring activists from across the world to Copenhagen. They could come to your organisation too.
