Annual General Meeting 2024
The Annual General Meeting of Copenhagen Pride will take place at 19.00 on Wednesday 13 November at Medborgerhuset, LGBT+ Danmark, Vestergade 18E, 1456 København K. All members are invited to attend.

According to the articles of association, nominations for the board and proposals to be considered at the annual general meeting must have been received by the Secretariat or Chairperson no later than 23:59 on Sunday 3 November.
If you cannot attend the Annual General Meeting and would like another member to vote on your behalf, please write to [email protected] from the email address linked to your membership, and tell us the name of the member who should vote on your behalf. Note that a member can only hold one proxy vote.
