Become a Partner of Copenhagen Pride

Copenhagen Pride is proud to partner with leading businesses and organisations who are proud to stand for LGBTI+ equality and human rights in Denmark and abroad. Their support for us and for our community enables us to deliver Scandinavia’s biggest free Pride and one that has a proud record of innovation and inclusion.

We are a volunteer-led organisation that serves the LGBTI+ community. Our small secretariat supports a dedicated and professional volunteer team who work year-round to deliver our key events Winter Pride in February, Copenhagen Pride in August, and a number of other events throughout the year. Collectively our team has hundreds of years of experience organising Pride here and abroad.

And partners help us to make a real difference. In 2023 and 2024:

  • Our partnership with DFDS, Volvo, TIP and PrideUP helped us to deliver the Greener Parade, the world’s first Pride Parade to switch to all electric vehicles
  • Through our partnership with Nordic Sustainability we measured the carbon impact of a whole year of Copenhagen Pride’s activities so we can see where we can improve
  • Through our network we helped a major partner to support Pride organisations across Europe
  • One of our longest-standing partners, 7-Eleven, ran a hugely impactful Pride campaign to highlight the areas where improvement is still needed in Denmark
  • Global brand Stoli brought internationally acclaimed activist Stuart Milk and Stonewall Inn veteran Tree Sequoia to Copenhagen where they joined the Parade and spoke on stage
  • LEGO Koncernen hosted fun LEGO building activities in the family area.

In 2025 Copenhagen Pride will once again bring our streets to life in huge celebrations of love, equality and human rights – and we would love you to be a part of it!

Who can become a Copenhagen Pride partner?

Any organisation or business that supports LGBTI+ people in Denmark and all over the world, and who meets our Ethics Policy, is invited to apply to become a partner.

The process is pretty simple.

We’ll arrange an informal chat with a member of our team to explore your motivations and ambitions and tell you more about Copenhagen Pride and the options available. We’ll ask you about your business and how we can help you. And if we’re all in agreement, we move to the contract stage. The whole process typically takes around a month.

Partnerships run for one Copenhagen Pride and one Winter Pride. So if you come a partner for Copenhagen Pride in August 2025, your partnership will include Winter Pride in February 2026. The earlier in the year that we can bring you on board, the more visibility you will have!
