Prides in Denmark

The number of Prides in Denmark has increased rapidly in recent years. Copenhagen Pride supports all new Prides with a grant of 10.000kr for their first year, and also supported the creation of a national Pride network for Denmark.

International Prides

Copenhagen Pride is a Danish Pride with an international focus. We are members of the European Pride Organisers Association and of InterPride, and we have a representative elected to the board of both organisations. We have also been active in the Nordic Pride Network since it was established in Copenhagen during Winter Pride in 2015.

We are also regularly represented at Prides internationally.

This year EuroPride (which we hosted in 1996 and 2021) is hosted by Thessaloniki Pride in Greece from 21-29 June.

The next WorldPride (which we hosted in 2021) is hosted by Capital Pride Alliance in Washington DC, USA, in June 2025.
